Just $5 shipping per order—any quantity, one simple rate.

Orders and payments are received and processed by T & C Cellers Press.

​Fulfilment and shipping are handled by T & C Cellers Press, 4120 N. Woodridge Dr., Appleton WI 54913.   ​

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location in the USA, but can be estimated as 3 – 4 business days.  All deliveries are by Media Mail, a service of the US Postal Service.  We do not currently actively market outside the USA.

WHAT IF MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED?

The estimated delivery time (EDT) is a prediction of when an order could be delivered to you. If you’re ever in a situation where you haven’t received the order and it’s past its EDT, please allow a few more days. 

If you still have not received your order, please email tcsten@new.rr.com and the author will resolve the issue.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT?

For books lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. To request a replacement, include your order number with your email.

WHAT IF MY ORDER SHIPS TO THE WRONG ADDRESS?

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient, the US Postal service will not refund postage. If the shipment is returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

WHAT IF YOU SEND ME THE WRONG BOOK?

You have 14 days after receiving the wrong book to request a replacement. If the mistake was ours, there will be no additional shipping charge to send the correct book to you.  If the mistake was yours, it is best to make a separate purchase for the correct book. The cost of shipping makes returns economically unfeasible.
